WINEMAKER NOTES
The flagship wine of over delivering for a reasonable price, the Valley of the Moon Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon has all
the hallmarks of a Cabernet. It's structure is approachable, the fruit is red with a hint of savory appropriate for this varietal.
Oak is well integrated and lends spiciness on the palate. Very appropriate for a weekday wine or for more formal occasions.

TASTING & PAIRING
This lush, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon offers fresh notes of plum and cinnamon, roasted coffee and fresh peppercorns on
the nose. Juicy chocolate-covered cherry, espresso bean and warm spice flavors mingle with caramelized oak accents leading
to a long, smooth finish.
