WINEMAKER NOTES
Our Chardonnay is sourced from the best of Sonoma Coast, with Russian River Valley
accounting for almost the entirety of fruit. This Chardonnay is a tribute to picking the
grapes at just the right amount of ripeness. Using a combination of cool tank
fermentation, balanced Malolactic fermentation and oak aging, this wine develops a
beautiful structure and soft finish.
TASTING & PAIRING
Opulent flavors highlight this classic Sonoma Chardonnay. Hints of caramelized oak
and vanilla flavors make for a well-rounded Chardonnay with great balance and
lingering viscosity.
A glass full of lemon shortbread to the nose, this Chardonnay sips like lemon cream pie
with a light touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish and mid palate are bright
enough to keep things refreshing. This wine would be equally delightful with a burrata
and peach salad as it would a light curry dish.
