WINEMAKER NOTES
Zinfandel grown in the Dry Creek region benets from warm days
and cool nights preserving the brightness of the fruit needed to keep
this wine from being a heavy, one-glass indulgence. is
well-balanced wine oers robust aromas of spicy, dark currents,
dried ginger, white pepper, dark cherries and chocolate. Savor hints
of cherries and chocolate on the front end of the palate that are
carried by smooth tannins, spiced with cinnamon stick and caramel
oak notes on the nish. Who knew a Zinfandel could be enjoyed
without being overpowering? Enjoy this wine with a hearty winter
soup or in the summer around the barbeque.
